After the success of First Batch, Anand Utsav brings Diana’s Dance movements again in rhythm. Get in-sync with your own energies via basic and advanced Arabic Dance Workshop.

 

This women’s day, get ready to participate in an activation process of our energy source to experience the Divine connection through basic and advance forms of dance (Choose both or anyone which clicks to you), Confused? Go for a FREE TRIAL on 8th March! Here are the details-

 

March-08 onwards | Every Tuesday, Thursday & Friday | 3-4PM- basic & 4-5PM advanced

 

1. Arabic dance form (basic-Level-1) - The Arabic dance has its beginnings in the temples of the Middle East and has a sacred essence to thank and maintain harmony with the feminine energy and life itself.

 

You will learn Arabic dance with-

4 sessions for basic steps / movements of the hip

4 sessions for basic steps / movements of the arm

4 sessions for steps / combined movements of hip and arms

 

At the end of the 12 sessions, you will be able to do basic Arabic dance with ease!

 

2. Arabic dance form (Level-2) – Here, participants will learn advanced level of Arabic dance with

4 sessions for medium steps / movements of the hip

3 sessions for medium steps / movements of arms

3 sessions for basic steps / movements of torzo

3 sessions for steps / combined movements of basics and medium of hip, torzo and arms

 

Then, at the end of the 12 sessions, you can do middle Arabic dance.

Note: If u have not completed Level-1 and wish to attend Level-2 directly, u need to speak to the facilitator (Diana) before starting to check your eligibility.
