Personality enhancement workshops for youth and adults is pretty common these days. But a workshop for kids (5-9 years) is something new. This WOWSHOP, (Rebecca’s Image Station) as they call it is a 13 week workshop, it starts on 23rd June up till 16th September.
It is conducted by a mother-daughter duo (Usha Sudan and Rebecca Sudan Gonsalves respectively) who believe that youth carries several inhibitions with them, and after coming to a certain age it is difficult to change their thoughts as they are tied with many psychological nodes.
The mind of the kids is like a blank slate and at that time if these things are instilled in them it would have a long lasting impact in their life. The average bunch also needs attention. They need to come out in the limelight.
Her theatre workshop does full effort on bringing out the quiet ones. Each and every kid here gets the same number of dialogues, so as to give equal opportunity to all. The lady running the workshop firmly believes in gender equality and thinks that it should be taught since the beginning. For the same, she tweaks some of the famous plays and writes her own giving them a positive ending.

2. Enriching Vocabulary
3. Self-Introduction and personal narratives
4. Story telling techniques
5. Theatre
6. Reading books and recreating favourite scenes using art and craft
7. Social and Dining etiquette (contextual), and more such activities are part of her workshop
