Movie Review: Mission Impossible Rogue Nation
Attributes: Movie Reviews
Director: Christopher McQuarrie
Cast: Tom Cruise, Jeremy Renner, Simon Pegg, Rebecca Ferguson, Ving Rhames, Sean Harris and Alec Baldwin.
We all know what to expect even before stepping in, to catch the latest Mission Impossible sequel. Heck! That is THE reason you will make your way down to a multiplex in the first place but, just in case by God's miracle you might forget what the movie might be about; The first 5 minutes will bring it all back.
There is no point in getting into each and every aspect of the movie, 'Ye acha tha, vo acha nai tha' for, you are going to head down for the same this weekend but, either ways here are my 2 cents; Though I personally found the latest MI to be a little bit drab and stretched as compared to it's prequels, the adrenaline pumping action sequences are obviously more refined, more fancy, more fast and more furious.
The plot is obviously the same with no suspense there, leading to a conclusion that all their impossible missions are indeed possible. In case you loved the bike sequence in the 2nd Installment, you are bound to love what MISSION IMPOSSIBLE ROGUE NATION has in store for you.
When it comes to the acting aspect of it all, there isn't much to comment on for, they are either chasing the bad guys or getting chased by them, they are either shooting the bad guys or getting shot at, they are either blowing shit up or getting blown apart themselves but, hey! That is what MISSION IMPOSSIBLE is all about; Making for a movie laden with monotony for, which I give it 3 Shors on 5! Cheers.
