Mughlai cuisine is originated from the state of Uttar Pradesh in India. Parts of it are also originated from Delhi, Bhopal, and Hyderabad because of the strong influence of Central Asian cusine. Persian cuisine had a lot to do with Mughlai cuisine which is the reason why they have Persian or Turkish names. However, the taste of Mughlai Cuisine is truly Indian. It combines the unique flavours of Indian spices with a variety of other dishes for an enhanced taste.
