The BEST NORTH INDIAN (Non-Veg) Restaurants in Ahmedabad

1. Knife & Fork
An excellent place for North Indian food, to say the least.
The house specials are the Fish Cilantro Tikka, Hungwani Tangdi (Tandoori Chicken leg stuffed with mince meat) and Chicken Lajawab Masala, while getting a good reputation for Chinese and Tandoori starters, Butter Chicken and Mutton Masala as well.

2. Mirch Masala
From the early 1990s, Mirch Masala has caught the imagination of Amdavadis with its unusual décor and great North Indian food. If you like spicy food then Mirch Masala is the place for you! Shikari Murgh, Murgh Methi Lahsuni, and Murgh Makhmali are all recommended, along-with their biryanis, that are served generously in an ambiance that has carved doors, wooden ceilings, ornate columns and pleasantly old-fashioned furniture - All depicting Ahmedabad’s heritage, together with bizarre Punjabi dhaba recreations.

3. Cafe Upper Crust
Though widely known for their cakes and continental offerings, the restaurants also cooks up some delicious North Indian that indeed helps in making it's way to the Top 3 in Ahmedabad.

The stated list is as per the thousands of votes came in over a period of time. CityShor People's Choice Awards merely provided a platform wherein you could vote & also add your choices to it. The winners (click: bit.ly/1Mzuwvw to check them out) spanned over the obvious to the ones which were a surprise to us as well but, Ahmedabad Voted & Ahmedabad Decided. CONGRATULATIONS to all the Winners and THANK YOU so much for your support. Cheers.
