James Beard, a popular American in food-business, once rightly said, “Too few people understand a really good sandwich.”And fortunately for us, H.Paramesha happens to be one amongst those few!

Located in the quiet of a narrow lane near BSE, this cosy sandwich shop is indeed a hidden gem.  The jolly fellow on the other side of the counter is entertaining, quick and guides his customers on deciding the sandwiches and variation according to their preference and his recommendations.

The busy man is all smiles and spirit as he multitasks with preparing the sandwiches, taking orders on phone and chattering with his customers. He is constantly on the go performing magic on the bread (Brown, if you prefer so) with veggies, cheese, sauces, herbs, Hershey’s syrups and more! And the end result- well, the sandwiches are loaded with a generous heap of veggies, finely cubed cheese, evenly spread butter and sauces- just as you would make for yourself. Only better! Served with Ketchup, Green chutney and Red garlic chutney, the sandwiches indeed are mouthwatering!

The menu offers a line-up of various sandwiches, toasts, pizzas, milkshakes and juices. If you manage to pick yours without his help, we recommend Meghna Special Grilled, Sher Sangam, Chocolate Jam, Open Garlic Cheese Chilly and Parmesha Special Grilled. This is the place to head to if you are a die hard Sandwich fan and would never compromise with it for anything substandard!

By the by, unlike most eateries, Paramesha refuses to accept money if you are not happy with the taste - if it ever could come to that!
