“I don't say everything, but I paint everything”, said Pablo Picasso. India is blessed with a number of artists who have been powerfully expressive through their work of art. Concern India Foundation brings to you a unique Art Exhibition that will exhibit the best of Contemporary Art by many such local artists. An aesthetic treat for avid art collectors in the city, is what the Pune edition of the ‘Art for Concern’ promises to be. The proceeds raised through the exhibition will be donated to the various grassroots programmes in the areas of education, health and community development supported by Concern India Foundation.

Organised by Secure Giving Events in aid of Concern India Foundation, the event will be held at JW Marriott, Senapati Bapat Road on 24^th August 2016.

Witness a unique show that will display the contemporary works of both established artists from across the country as well as local artists. Around 75 artworks will be exhibited at the show. Some of the local names whose artworks will be showcased include Ram Kharatmal, Srikant Kadam and Madhuri Bhaduri from Pune. Works from renowned artists like T. Vaikuntam, Yashwant Shirwadkar, Suhas Bahulkar, Sudip Roy, Babu Xavier, A.V. Illango, Jayasri Burman will also be displayed.

Concern India Foundation is a registered non-profit, public charitable trust working towards helping people help themselves by making the disadvantaged self-reliant and enabling them to lead a life of dignity. It currently supports 270 grassroots NGOs reaching out to over 1,90,000 marginalized people It has presence in various cities across India such as Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Pune.
