What a brilliantly crafted menu of Appetizers at Blue Water! Tantalize your taste buds with Beetroot Galawat and Dakshine Murg Tikka. These dishes really stood out for us as the humble ingredients are whipped up to create a magic and lent a twist of richness.
Beetroot Galawat is a melt in your mouth, ball of dark purple red beetroot goodness. Definitely gives a fine, rich touch to the humble beetroot. Its smooth silky texture is pure indulgence! It stands true to the name of a Galouti Kebab.
Dakshine Murg Tikka. Although a tikka, it has an unusual fusion of the North and South. Chicken marinated in coconut milk and cooked in mustard and curry leaves, these southern flavours infuse well with some northern flavours and given a smoky tandoor roast.
Mushroom Moti does give a tasteful makeover to the rather dull mushroom. Stuffed just right with cottage cheese and sauteed vegetables, a mouthful of this Moti will give you burst of flavours. Served with a Tomato Chilly Jam, it gives a varied mix of flavours. Certain to make even mushroom haters relish the dish!
This appetizer range is not limited to a cuisine. Kanjee Crispy Lamb, Meat Dumpling BBQ, Tai Pie Chicken are some of the dishes inspired by other cuisines. The Prawns on Toast is an interesting take on the beloved shellfish.
This range is so good, you will want to get them all. Head down to Blue Water this weekend for a new kind of dining experience!
